Export issue

Hi, after finishing a project when I am trying to export only 1080 option is coming, cant export in 4K, though I have a monthly subscription. Need solution urgently. Kindly help.

    Sorry about that. Can you share the media details you editing (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)? Are the media files you're using already 4k?
