Export issues

This is more of a gripe than anything because I won't be using this application anymore. 

Every time I export, there are issues with the playback. I'm using VLC and windows media player to check the files.

WMP doesn't like the dissolves that I've put in, nor the audio fade at the beginning. This has happened on the only 2 projects I've tried to use this product. 

VLC clips the beginning of the audio when playing back. 

The funny thing is, it looks great in Rush. 

My export settings are Automatic Preset > 1080p full hd > automatic frame rate > Stereo Audio > High Quality

I had high hopes for this as a QuickTime competitor on Windows. Adobe Rush makes me long for a Mac.
