Exporting in 4K

It seems like the feature to export in 4K is not available anymore, why is that?

 

I hope it will return so we can export in 4K again,

    The device I am using is an iPhone 15 Pro. It is up to date with the latest iOS. Before I used an iPhone 11 Pro and I remember I could export in 4K with it and I remember it was an premium feature.

     
    I'f I cannot export in 4K I have to use another app to edit my latest videos. I hope you can do something about it or help me out.
