Exporting to YouTube from Rush app on iPhone.

I cannot export my video to YouTube from my iPhone. It gives an error msg that tell me to try again later when I have a betterInternet connection. My wifi is strong. I am very frustrated with this.

Please attached photo. It is not happening on a specific project rather it seems like Maybe it is happening later in the day. I just finished editing another video and went to export it to YouTube and again, IM given this error message. It seems to also be connected to the other error message for the category.
