Fade audio in and out

Hello, I've tried to fade audio in and out, but I can't.  I cannot apply a cross dissolve transition to the audio track.  Rush doesn't allow it.

    hi it is end of 2022 and still rush can not fade audio in or out? i am on windows 11 pc! i find this very strange that is should be available in the app on android but not on pc?
