fail to update in adobe cloud- Premier Rush- I succesfuly updated 7 other adobe products.

Tried ysterday and today to update Premier Rush gets to 97% and says it faild. Sometimes it drops my connection with the internet and I have to sign on agian. I updated 7 other adobe products with no problem. Please Help. I'm running windows 10 with norton 360 but not using VPN.
