Falla en el audio

Hola buenas noches, adobe premier rush me descompone el audio del video asi como el audio que yo agrego.

Se escucha muy mal.

Quisiera solucionar esto ya que tengo que editar!!

Ademas de que ya me pague la suscripcion!!!

    • Which device are you using?
    • Does that happen with particular media files?
    • Can you post the screenshot of the Preference? Edit > Preferences
