Feature Request - Change speed

Hello fellow Rush users.

I have a simple request, add a slider to slow down and speed up parts of our videos. I am sure I'm not the only one who thinks it's pretty key to stick some slow-mo and super speed sections. Add your upboats here to help this feature rise to the top of the devs to do list!

Great to see it's in progress, we've been asked how to do this in Rush quite a bit. Nice to know it will be possible at some point.
