Feature Suggestion Export Frame in Premiere Rush

Hello!

Please, add a possibility to export frames (capture frames) from a video in the Premiere Rush.

I really miss it in Rush version and think that it's prety useful, because it allows to capture frame directly from the video without such quality loss like with a simple screenshot
