Feedback: add an "apply to all" option

Feedback: 

-create the option "apply to all" so you can for example set the length of every photo to the same withouth having to adjust the duration of every single photo manually or so you can have the same coloring on every clip with one click

-create an option to add a simple text without effects directly in premiere rush
