File empty

I duplicated a file and have spent the week working on it - opening it multiple times within the week. At the end of some voice recording today it noted that it may not have saved the file properly and it wouldn't shut down, but just kept whirring and whirring. Eventually it crashed.

I have now just gone to do my final edit and the whole file is empty. Including the file assets. It is not on the cloud. 

Any chance of me recovering it?
