File sync is extremely slow

I have been trying to create new projects in premier Rush my Android phone.

The file synch with Creative cloud is excruciatingly slow.  Even on my home WiFi.

I have cleared the cache, uninstalled both creative cloud, as well as Rush. Reinstalled.

The weird thing is, it was uploading at a normal speed on my cellular data. Thos isn't an option for me, as its a metered connection.

I have tested my WiFi data connection on my phone.  It is uploading at over 400 Mbps, so that's obviously not the problem.

This was not an issue in the past.  I'm at wits end as to what to do next.
