File Uploading without audio

Im trying to edit PS5 clips on premier rush and im running into issues. I converted the MKV file into MP4. The audio works on my computer for the clip but when I import it into Premier Rush. The video pops up without any audio? can someone please help

    Hey @Tristan5F86,

    I read this message. Try transcoding to ProRes LT using Shutter Encoder. That may work. Let me know. Sorry for the issue.
