Files are lost when going from Rush on phone to desktop

Hi, 

 

I wanted to further edit my project I started on my phone on my desktop version (paid) of Rush. However, when I open the project the files are lost and I need to locate them. Is there something I can to do so that the whole project, including files, are uploaded to the Adobe Cloud? I cannot imagine that this is the normal way things should work?

Hi @Anny Wan,

I read your message and you say that your clips are not appearing in the desktop version. In my own experience, especially when shooting 4K, it can take hours or overnight, before the footage appears. Have you allowed it enough time? Let the community know.

Hi Kevin, 

Thank you for replying. The files are not loaded still. Do I need to upload the files to creative cloud manually? Or does Rush automatically copy the files used on the phone version to creative cloud? I believe this might cause the issue but I need more knowlegde on how Rush works to determine where the problem comes from.
