Files not available to import

I recently purchased Adobe Rush and was using it fine for about two weeks. Starting yesterday, when I try to upload the files from my computer, the folders are all empty so I can not add anything (though not on my computer - my files are full of videos, but look that way in Rush). I can not even see anything in my OneDrive on Rush. My updates are all current. How do I fix this?

We're sorry about the trouble. Could you try signing out and back into your Creative Cloud account?

Also, please let us know the OS you have?
