Flaky as hell

Rush seem sto be the most unstable program I've used in a loooong time. I've uninstalled and reinstalled umpteen times, but still can't rely on it. Examples:

• Editing a title, it completely freezes the computer
• Just now, having left it for an hour or so, came back to find it had stopped uploading to YouTube, saying 5' 3" remaining. So I deleted the upload, no problem, and went back to the project to upload again... and the PC froze again.

I'm not keen on having to power down my machine because of a dodgy bit of software.

Specs:

• Core i5-4670
• 16GB RAM
• Samsung 860EVO 1TB HDD C drive with 640GB free space
• GeForce GTX 1010Ti 4GB
• Windows 10 20H2 fully patched

I'll just go back to using Premiere Pro, but would like something with fewer features to do quick editing and upload for simple YT videos that doesn't fall over for a pastime.
