Free Trial-Exports

I was using the free trial and exported 2 videos successfully. I tried a third and it never uploaded yet it counted as one of the free exports. Can this be fixed? Can I get my third free export?

    Can you inform us about ---

    • Which OS/device you are working with ?
    • Which social media you were trying to upload to ? 
    • Did the render completed (Rendering screen after you hit Export) successfully ?
