Freeze and no preview on windows 10 desktop when opening project

I am on windows 10 and I have an radeon rx5500XT when I open a project me program freeezes and does not show the preview. Eventualy it closes and stops responding

Sorry to hear that you're getting a performance issue. Can you let us know the following information?

Are you getting any error codes or messages?
Could you check if there's an update available for your GPU driver?
Have you tried launching an app as an administrator? Right-click on the app icon > Run as administrator.
