Freigeben Dialog wird nicht angezeigt

HalloIch benutze Premiere Rush auf einem Win 11 PC.
Egal welche Video, Bild oder Audiodatei ich verwende. Der Freigabe Dialog wird nicht angezeigt.
Auch eine erneute installation hat leider nicht geholfen.

Hat jemand eine Idee?
