Thank you for reaching out. It could be related to GPU drivers. Can you check if your GPU driver is up to date?

Hi @Manuela35863476ow6d,

I read about your issue. Kartika is on to something here; however, it may be a problem with the current GPU driver if you have an NVIDIA GPU.

 

Have you updated it lately? If so, please reinstall the Studio driver, version 551.23. You can find this via:

1. Nvidia.com

2. Select Drivers from the top menu bar.

3. Click the Beta and Older Drivers link.

4. From the "Recommended / Beta" popup menu, choose Studio Driver

5. Choose your Nvidia product, operating system, and language. 

 

After clicking Search, download and install version 551.23. I hope the advice helps. I apologize for this frustrating problem.
