Glitchy Rendering Export Premiere Rush IPhone 8 Plus

Hey. 

Everytime I try to export this video it glitches at this exact spot. I've tried everything - I've deleted and re-added the clips, I cropped them different, cut them differently, yet everytime I export it looks like this for a couple seconds. It doesn't look like this when it's in the editing bay. 

I've had this problem before and I was able to readjust the clips to get it to stop, but this time no luck. Why? Please help.
