Glitchy Video

I have had this happen a few times, however now using a dmj osmo hand held all of my videos in the adobe app are coming out glitchy. The videos do not have any issues when playing on my desktop after transfering from my phone, which leads me to believe it is the app. I have tried closing and restarting as well as making sure Rush is fully updated.
