Go pro importing 4K file not recognised in adobe premiere rush

Hi can someone please help?

Im trying to import 4K videos from my go pro onto adobe premiere rush (on my iPad Pro 2017). 

Image below. What am I doing wrong? Not sure why the file is unrecognised as it's mp4.
