going back to main movie after making a new sequence in RU

Hi, I was editing a film in premiere rush, and then i added a sequence, but now i don't find the way to go back to the main film. PLEASE HELP!!!!

    I also don't know if the sequence was saved, or what do i do to save it and add it to the main film
