Hi, I get an error when loading graphics in Adobe premier Rush, both on the computer and on the mobile.

Are you signed into the Adobe Creative Cloud Mobile App while using the mobile app for Rush? And are you signed into the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App when you're on your computer? If not, then try signing in. If yes, then try signing out and back in again.
