Graphics and Titles displaying a black screen in timeline

I first noticed this error yesterday. When adding a transition graphic or a title graphic to my timeline, it does not preview and only shows a black screen. I'm not even using large video files, just stills with Pan & Zoom enabled. In my previous saved projects, the same issue is happening. It will even preview the videos and stills, but when it comes to the point that a title or graphic is in the timeline the screen goes black (screenshot is attached).

None of my saved Graphics are working either. I've signed out and back in to Adobe CC, restarted my machine, and the problem remains. Adobe CC is up to date, I'm working on a Dell Precision 7550 that is less than a year old, fast and capable with all other programs. Never had this issue before. Any help is appreciated!
