graphics doesnt load in premier rush

hi , i have a problem with the graphics in premier rush , the graphics doesnt load , they just keep in blank space.

Have you tried signing out and back into Creative Cloud? Would you be able to send a screen recording or screen capture of what's happening? Do you have a free or paid Adobe account?

What are the steps you're doing to produce this?

Mobile or Desktop? What's your hardware?

and... one last question - - are you using the template graphics? Have they downloaded to your device?

hi nothing i only open my file and start working but the graphis doesnt load, i use it in desktop, windows, thats what i want to use the templates but thats the thing i cant and yes i used it before in this same device so they already downloaded.
