Graphics import error

The Adobe premiere rush doesn't let me access the template graphics. I tried it several times but it just doesn't work. 

 

App version: 2.11.0.14

Hi there,

Sorry for the trouble. There was an issue with the Premiere Rush graphics/template download service around the time you posted this. The service issue was later resolved.

If you're still using Rush, please try accessing the graphics again.

Premiere Rush is now at end of life and is no longer receiving updates. For future mobile projects, I'd recommend transitioning to Premiere Mobile.
