Graphics will not populate transitions titles or overlays 1.5.58 update

This is extremely frustrating... I have been using this app for months on a mac and pc and have really enjoyed using it. I was using my cousins and today I decided to download it myself on my pc and the graphics do not work at all. I just clicked the try for free and did a fresh install on a pc and this feature does not want to populate content at all. It works on the ipad but I need to have access to all the features on my pc. I have tried all the trouble shoot options and have not been able to remedy the situation. Can someone please fix this or point me to a better product so I can go back to work editing videos for folks. Thanks.

Sorry for this poor experience. Do you happen to have antivirus software running (McAfee)?  Disabling the software or if  possible, allowing request from http://stock.adobe.io/  to pass that should resolve this.

Thanks for mentioning the antivirus software. I think McAfee was stopping it from loading up. All the Graphics work now. Thanks very much!
