Green Lines Visible in Exported Video (Surface Laptop 4 8GB RAM Windows 10)

Hi team,

When I export my videos (on desktop) I'm experieicing issues where there are green lines on the screen in the video.

Hoping someone can assist please.

Details as follows:

- Surface Laptop 4 8GB RAM

- Windows 10

- Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics 
    > Driver Date: 15/06/2021
    > Driver Version: 27.20.100.9621
