Green & Purple Playback inside the editor

Dear Community,

When I first installed Premiere Rush, I faced this issue where you see your videos playing back in only two colors, Green and Purple and disoriented. I took help from the Support team, and they asked me to "Down-Grade" one version of the software. That fixed the issue. Now After a few months, it is happenening again! I was using 1.5.8 version uptil now. Now I upgraded to the latest one (1.5.34), assuming that it might help me solve the issue, but it didn't.

Anyone else have this issue?
