Question

Green shades and squares in Premiere Rush render

I run Adobe Premiere Rush on an HP Pavillion all in one. I keep getting random green shades and squares in my Premiere Rush rendered movies. My Intel and NVIDIA drivers are all up to date. The solution suggested here doesn't work; my guess is the recommended driver here is not compatible with my Windows 11. Does anyone have a fix for this issue?

Hi @Kenneth35590369yjqq,

I read your note. Can you give us the specs of your computer? What kind of media are you editing? Is it 4K? I'd like to see if you are meeting system requirements. Let us know!

Thanks,
Kevin

Thanks Kevin! I have HP Pavillion all-in-one, with Intel Core i5, 1.5GHz, 6 cores; NVIDIA GeForece M350; 8GB RAM. I was editing 1280X720 QuickTime footage shot with iPhone, ranging from 15MB to 220MB, exporting the final output as same resolution MP4.

Hi @Kenneth35590369yjqq,

Thanks for that. You might try a clean installation of the GPU driver. That can shake things loose. Give it a try and report back.

Thanks,
Kevin
