Grid-lines in Premier Rush Exported Video

Question

Hello,I made a picture video for my brothers gradutation party. After i export the video and open the mp4 file there are gridlines across my photos. When i used scaned photos or jpeg files. I tired taking a screen shot and posting it along with this message but you cant see the lines as well as i do when i connect my comptuer to my tv via hdmi cable.  How do i get rid of these lines? Or how do i get better quality?

If you can't see the gridlines when you make a screenshot, it could be your video player. Which media player are you using?Try using the excellent VLC Media Player and see if you get the same results.
