H265 not importing on Premiere Rush

I tried importing video files from a Fuji XT4 10 bit 4k and it just hung.

I also tried importing an h265 file made in DaVinci Resolve and it didn't work.

I saw there was a similar issue with the Fuji XT3 and was marked as resolved. But more recently someone else posted it didn't work.

I'm attaching a screenshot and a sample video. It just says media failed to load.

It loads on Premiere Rush on my PC but not on my Android tablet. I'm using a Galaxy S8 Ultra.
