Habe die neueste Version Premiere gestern gekauft

Ein Testfilm der auf der Vorversion einwandfrei läuft wird mit folgender Meldung abgebrochen und das Premiere Programm schließt sich:

was ist das komm nicht weiter aber die Version vorher läuft der Film einwandfrei.

Sorry to hear about this. Let us know the version of the app & the system specs (OS, CPU, GPU & RAM). Also, are you getting this message while launching the app or while opening any specific project?
