Having trouble

I'm using Premier rush on three different devices and have been for several years. I recently tried to open it on my computer, my iPad and my iPhone 16 and all three say that my media is not supported it was filmed directly on my iPhone 16. Am I doing something wrong?

Hey there,

I read your note. Try turning off spatial audio in Camera Settings on the phone. That's what's been working for most people.
