HELP! I'm seeing red screens with exclamation points in Rush all over my video project

I'm terrified that I've gone and mistakenly deleted my media. I have been working on four big video projects this past week on my Macbook Pro - my storage space on my Mac was filling up so I deleted video files that I sent from my Iphone through airdrop, in order to make room for more spac emy my next video project. I deleted these files before I saved my video projects in Rush - I assumed they were safe in the cloud- creative cloud or Icloud?!?!? Now I am seeing red screens over all my projects saying I'm missing media. But I also have a slow interneet connection. Am I totally screwed? This is two full weeks of work and I'm about to cry.
