HELP! Rush doesn't seem to be using my GPU

Hello,

I researched this problem a bit online but have only found solutions for Premiere Pro. 

I am trying to get Adobe Premiere Rush to use my RTX 2060 Super rather than relying so much on my CPU. 

Is there a way to get it to point to that?
