Help with desktop Rush and sync

Hi, I just installed Rush on my Dell laptop. I pay for rush premium. I clicked on the sync box and it says priuem feature as if it does not know that i have paid for this app. I am up to date on payment and signed in.  How can i get the desktop Rush app to know that I have bought the prieum and allow the sync option?

  Thank you so much! I have had so many headaches with Rush thst I am thinking of finding alternatives but I do like th eprogram when it works.

Thanks for your post. You indicated that although you are paying for the premium version of Rush, you are not receiving all the benefits of your subscription. That's not acceptable. Can you reach out to our agents here? Ask for the "video queue" for the best possible agents for digital video. Let us know if they assisted you or not. If not, I can escalate your issue.
