Hero 7 Black Blurry Video

I have been trouble shooting for hours. My videos in the last few days have been very blurry on my Dell Windows 10 lap top. I looked up some ways to fix it and nothing has helped. I was talking with support but lost connection. I did a factory reset and it was still blurry. She suggusted comparing the video on the gopro and the computer. The screen is small and hard to tell. But i went out re filmed the pigs, knowing i have footage of them from a few weeks ago and attached is the two videos from today and 2 weeks ago. Below are my current settings
