HEVC CODEC

The error message makes Rush unusable for me. Is there a solution to what appears to be a really widespread problem?

I found an Adobe Care Tweet where they said that it requires a paid plan as opposed to a starter (free) plan to get the HEVC codec. Are you on a paid plan?
