HEVC Codec for Premiere Rush with paid subscription?

Hi.

I've just completed my first small project in Premiere Rush, and need to export/share to my PC.

When it comes to  Rendering , it part does it then an error comes up saying I need HEVC codec which is included with paid subscription.

How do I access this and get Rush to save my project?

 

I've looked up "help", but the only thing I can find is where to buy it, which I shouldn't have to because of my subscription?

I also can't find where to contact Adobe help direct.

Any ideas please?

Hi Steve,

Sorry for the trouble. If you already have a paid subscription that includes Rush, you shouldn't need to purchase the HEVC codec separately.

Try signing out directly from within Premiere Rush using Help > Sign Out. Close Rush, reopen it, and sign back in with the Adobe account associated with your subscription. Then try the export again.

If that doesn't resolve it, please let us know which Adobe subscription you have and we can take another look.
