HEVC video render

I finished editing my video but when I try to render it gives me a notification I need a paid plan to render HEVC video. After doing some research I found out I need a paid plan, but... I have the premiere paid plan? As far as I know I'm not in the free version since it says nowhere in the app that I am. 

Does anyone know how to fix this since I would very much like to render my video
