How can I Migrate Projects to a New Computer in Premiere Rush

Hello all, I just transitioned to a new PC and I'm looking for some Premiere Rush projects that I was working on on my old PC. (The sync to cloud option was not enabled.) I'm not trying to open the projects on my new PC and I cannot find them. My new PC has a backup of my documents folder from my previous PC, but the projects don't appear in the Rush launch screen. I think I may have the files that make up the project in the folder:  C:\...\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Rush\Managed Media\Adobe Premiere Rush Video Previews\  but none seem to be a recognizable file type. 

After reading some ot her posts, it seems that there is no main project file. Is there a way to open the projects on my new PC without having access to the old one? Or would I need to go to the old one and sync them to the cloud in order to use them on the new PC?
