How do I add markers to the project timeline on Premiere Rush?

It'd be a lot easier if I could add markers to locate specific areas of the project without having to find them all over again. Is there a way to create markers or substitute for markers or is that a feature only on the desktop- and if it is MAKE IT AVAILBLE ON RUSH TOO! Thanks
