How do I change where Premiere Rush stores videos used?

So for some reason Premiere Rush will keep saving to my OneDrive folder (in the Creative Cloud Files folder) which is not what I want so I want to change where the CC Files folder goes and how to make Premiere Rush look to the new directory for the videos used.
