How do i save a title or image as a favourite?

There are some titles and images within rush that ill use for most videos in the future. Is there a way to 'star' or 'like' item for easy access down the road?

Thanks for your reply Kartika. This shows how to save imported media clips with the star, but what about titles and other graphics?
