I can't find an overlay that can be used as LINE separator between 2 videos side by side

Try this and let us know how it goes -

1. Add a clip to the first track and second track

2. Click on the blue plus button > Select Graphics

3. Search for Solid in the Graphics panel (it's under Transition Graphics)

4. Add the Solid Background graphic to the track above the videos

5. With the Graphic selected, go to the Transform Inspector, under Advance - Use the Left and Right crop settings to make a line (49% on each)

Pro tip! You can save the graphic and reuse it! See attached video for reference.

Hope this helps!

Thanks so much for this, I figured it out

I didn't know that the Solid Background is supposedly in the Transition Graphics

Once I found the Solid Background, it just works 🙂
