How do you delete Titles from your Title "My Library"?

When I right-click a title in "My Library, the "rename" and "delete" option is always grayed out.

 

Also if I delete a title from "All",  it deletes from "Recent" as well but doesn't delete from "My Library", how do you resolve deleting from "My Library"?

Hi,

 

Having followed the link you sent to 'assets.adobe.com' and going to the CCLibraries Panel I can see everything now and when deleting titles it works fine and updates directly within Premiere Rush. I didn't know you accessed the titles and folders through the link you gave. You've answered everything I wanted to know and now everything works I wanted to know how to do.
