How to get image to get larger over time?

I have an image in my timeline that I want to start small and then get larger over about 2 seconds of time.  How do I do that?   I don't want to zoom in -- I want the whole image to get larger.  I understand how to resize, crop and place an image, just can't figure out how to make it larger over time.  Thanks.

Thanks for writing.  As of now, Premiere Rush does not have a feature to add a keyframe for animation. You can add this feature request on Rush UserVoice
